General Terms and Conditions


Airport - Special Instructions
Upon arrival claim your luggage then call 708.261.4790. Driver will wait only 1 hour after flight lands. After 1 hr wait we will cancel your reservation and you will be charged the base rate. 
  

Cancellation Policy 
Airport rides require 8 hours of advance notice; otherwise you will be responsible to pay the base rate. All other reservations require up to 30% non refundable deposit, if the cancellation is 24 hours prior to the pickup time, the full rate will be charged.

Deposit & Payment Information

An advanced deposit of 30% & a credit card is required to reserve a vehicle. Pre-payment of the event is required 7 days prior to the event and can be paid by credit card or night of in cash. All deposits are non-refundable.

A non-refundable deposit is required for all services at the time of reservation. No deposit is required for pick-ups to and from all airports.

A no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus 20% service fee, including waiting time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. If you cannot locate your limo, please call 708.261.4790 to receive assistance.

For additional services, amount due will be calculated upon completion of the trip. 

Once the grace period has elapsed, waiting time is charged every 15min, from original/scheduled pick-up/drop-off time. If a financial arrangement is not made with our driver, for example: balance is paid in cash, additional wait time fee will be charged to the credit card used to make a reservation.

Contract Terms (Additional Terms on the "Agreement" link * under Forms)

Cas Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic conditions, airlines and/or airport and/or airport problems, automobile accidents caused by others or weather conditions and in the event of a mechanical problem, while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. (See Agreement for details & more requirements).

There shall be no under Age Alcohol Consumption &/or Drug Usage allowed in any of Cas Ltd Livery Services vehicles. All fines will be paid for by the customer.

Upon determination that any of the company policies were violated, Cas Ltd. may terminate service to the client and shall be deemed to have fulfilled its contractual obligations to the client under the agreement without refund. All vehicles are non-smoking.

Overtime will apply after the first 15 minutes of the pre-arranged time as described on the contract.

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

A 20% standard gratuity, based on the fare, stop time, and waiting time will be added to your bill. All out of pocket charges including parking will also be added.
