Agreement

The following agreement shows the company rules for School Events; Reservations; Payments, No Shows and/or Cancellations for all of the events and more.  Customer must acknowledge the rules and regulations via reading and signing placing your full name at the bottom of the page and hitting the Submit button.

Cas Ltd. VEHICLES ARE ALL NON-SMOKING VEHICLES WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cas Ltd. will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws and will maintain a zero tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any person not of legal (21) drinking age. All U.S. law enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is aboard, even in negligible quantities without the chauffeur's
knowledge, they can seize and forfeit this vehicle to a local government agency. All law enforcement agencies are aggressively enforcing this policy. Therefore,
no person will bring contraband aboard vehicles that are owned or operated by Cas Ltd. Person(s) under the age of 21 is/are prohibited from consuming any type of alcoholic beverages. Most bags get checked before students get into the vehicle. Driver has every right to search the bags you are bringing to the vehicle for illegal substances at any time. If the driver finds any illegal substances, he has every right to terminate the contract at the moment and leave the customer right there and finish the service at the moment without any discounts, hourly or money refunds. Driver also has a right to call Police. Passengers must have full respect and attention to the driver. If the driver feels that he has been disrespected, he has the right to terminate the contract right away on the spot. No sexual activities are allowed on board our vehicles. Cas Ltd. will not be responsible for injuries that may occur due to horse play while the vehicle is in motion or at a standstill. Cas Ltd. will not be responsible for any belongings left while the client is in or out of the vehicle. Cas Ltd. reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found. The rate will be equal to the rate of a Point to Point transfer to your location plus 20% Chauffeur gratuity. PARTITION WILL NOT BE CLOSED DURING ANY SCHOOL EVENTS. The partition will be locked open. The purchaser on the front of this contract is responsible for his or her guests. Upon determination that any of the above policies were violated, Cas Ltd. may terminate service to the client and shall be deemed to have fulfilled its contractual obligations to the client under the agreement.

RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS & NO SHOW/CANCELLATIONS: (Airport)

For better service provided and guaranteed reservation, we recommend airport reservations to be made 48-72 hours in advance. Payment maybe prepaid with this form completely filled and signed, cash and/or credit during reservation. Full Fare Plus gratituty will be charged for reservations that are not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to pickup time.

CREDIT CARD

Credit card is required to reserve vehicle for any and/or all events. Per credit card charge there will be an additional 3.5% fee or a $2.00 minimum credit card fee, {which ever is greater}. (not included in quote).

RESERVATION, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS: (Point to Point & Charter)

We must have the fully complete contract and deposit before a vehicle is considered reserved. Cancellations must be received no later than 15 days before the scheduled event to avoid payment of the balance due in writing via e-mail and/or fax. Payment of the balance due will be charged to the credit card on the event contract for a reservation not cancelled timely. If you want to pay the balance due by credit card it must be received no later than 15 days prior to the scheduled event. Any balance due within the 15 day period prior to the event the remaining balance will be paid in Cash. Deposits are non-refundable.

CERTAIN RESTRICTION APPLIES:

Charters are a 3 hour minimum; 20% Gratuity and Fuel Surcharge the amount depends on type of vehicle.

School event, consists of a 3 hour minimum split time (i.e. 1 hr in front & 2 hrs at back or visa versa) The vehicle is have Bottled Water and Soda in the vehicle.

Wedding events will be provided with Bottle Water, Beer and a Bottle of Champaign. The card will be decorated as close as possible to the wedding scheme color with "Just Married" on the vehicle.

Airport Beverages are not included in the vehicle. If beverages are included, they are compliments of the driver.

Point to Point: Beverages are not included in the vehicle. If beverages are included, they are compliments of the driver. No personal items shall be left in the vehicle during a point to point reservation.

AT THE CHAUFFEUR'S DESECRATION, THE PURCHASER AGREES TO BE FULLY LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES THAT MAY INCUR. 

Customer agree to the charges of $200 shampoo and disinfection (due to sickness interior), $150 detailing and wax (due to sickness-exterior)

Customer agree to the charges of $150 minimum for extensive cleanup (spills, etc.) minimum $50 for gum in the carpet clean up.

Customer agrees that overtime/waiting will be billed at the contract rate and agrees to pay any overtime charges (first 15 minutes free).

Customer agrees to the charges for any damaged seats, damaged carpet, damaged mirror, damage to door and/or vehicle at customers fault. (Estimates following damage.)

Customer agrees to downtime subject to loss of revenue, per each hour lost as stated, Cas Ltd. recommends that all and any personal valuable be removed from the vehicle when unattended. We will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles.

Hanging any portion of body out of the windows is prohibited.

All entertainment, including cd's, dvd's, whether it is videos or movies is to be provided by the client.

Customer agrees that a replacement limousine of similar quality or better may be provided in the event that the reserved vehicle is unavailable due to reasons beyond Cas Ltd. control.

Unless specified on the contract, request for additional hours will be provided only if the vehicle is not scheduled for other work.

Number of passengers allowed in the vehicle shall be no more than specified number in contract or limited to the vehicle passenger capacity it is designed to carry.

Cas Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic conditions, mechanical problems, airlines and/or airport and/or airport problems, automobile accidents caused by others or weather conditions.
